Cleopatra Rutihinda, BSc

Cleo is an MSc student in the Radiation Sciences and Biomedical Imaging program at Université de Sherbrooke. She did her BSc in Biology at Bishop's University. Her project involves elucidating immune-related mechanisms of radioresistance in head and neck cancer. Cleo's hobbies include listening to music, volunteer work, sudoku puzzles, traveling and learning new languages.

Ryman Haroun, MSc

Ryma is currently completing her M2 Maitrise research project from France. She will start her PhD in the lab in Fall of 2022 in the Immunology Program. 

Nourelhuda Saidi, MSc

Nour is currently an intern in the lab and will start her MSc in Spring 2022 in Radiation Sciences and Biomedical Imaging. Nour already holds a Master's degree from Tunisia. Her MSc project will involve development of an imaging method for detection of T cells in tumors.

Saad Mohssine, BSc

Saad is a summer student (2022) from McGill University. He is working on the effect of various plant extracts on head and neck cancer growth and invasion in combination with radiation.

Juan Pablo Ordoñez, BSc

Juan is a summer student (2022) from Bishop's university. He is working on the role of a newly discovered immune checkpoint (B7H3) in the response to radiotherapy in lung cancer.

Aliya Shams, B.Pharm

Aliya started her MSc in the lab in January 2023. Aliya has a Bachelor's in Pharmacy from Pakistan and a Master's from the UK. 

Sahar Nasasri, MSc

Sahar is completing an internship as part of her Bachelor's of Engineering degree from Tunisia. She is working on the role of TLR4 in the response to radiotherapy lung cancer.
